We are an independent contractor, thus, you do not pay benefits, payroll taxes, bonuses or other expenses as you would with a full-time employee. You pay only a flat fee (plus expenses) on a daily, weekly, or project basis. Outsourcing all or part of your meeting planning and/or meeting management is a cost effective way to have expert staff running your events.
